To update the Royal Park’s Management Plan and set priorities for the next 10 years, Sally led a series of ‘park walk workshops’ with park staff and specialist teams to provide heritage, horticulture, design and management input and facilitate cross-disciplinary discussions. Through workshops we identified issues, analysed and mapped out key aims, projects and priorities for the next 5 years collectively. Sessions with arboriculture, biodiversity, horticulture and management teams set direction and clear work programmes so the park is managed for the benefit of people, heritage and biodiversity.
